Not another parking marketplace.

CarParkHost is for people who have already found someone to rent their space. You bring the renter. We handle everything after that.

You handle

Finding your renter, agreeing the rate.

We handle

The agreement, the bond, payments, deposits, the calendar, notice, reminders, payouts.

Private parking works fine. Until the admin starts.

“Did you transfer the rent?”

Stop checking your bank account and sending awkward reminders.

“What if they just leave?”

Every renter puts down a four-week bond before they park.

“What about my garage remote?”

Set a deposit on every key, remote and fob.

“Can I use it this weekend?”

Every space has its own calendar.

CarParkHost handles the awkward part.

Four steps, then it runs itself.

STEP ONE

Add your space

Address, photos, your four-week rate, and any key or remote deposits.

STEP TWO

Send your renter the link

They open it on their phone. No app, no account.

STEP THREE

They sign and pay the bond

The agreement is signed and the bond is held.

STEP FOUR

The rent runs itself

They pick weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly. We collect it, chase it if it fails, and pay you.

Parking rent that divides properly.

You set one four-week rate. Your renter picks how often they pay. The total is identical either way — no monthly conversions, no rate that changes depending on the rhythm.

What you charge every 4 weeks

$400every 4 weeks

Four-week cycles mean 13 equal periods a year rather than 12.

Every rental starts protected.

At signing your renter pays a bond equal to four weeks' rent. It sits untouched for the whole agreement — rent is charged separately, so the bond is never eaten into.

They finish properly

Bond goes back to them.

Complete the term, or give four weeks' notice, and the full bond is returned.

They walk out

Bond goes to you.

Stop paying with no notice, and the bond covers you while you find someone new.

The rent arrives. You don't chase it.

Charged on the renter's chosen rhythm, in advance. If a card fails, we handle it from here — nothing for you to send.

Day 4

Still hasn't cleared — here's how to fix your card.

Day 7

Last reminder, with the exact date they lose the space.

Day 8

Agreement ends automatically. The bond stays with the host.

Reminders sent by you: none.

Know exactly when your space is free.

Every space has its own calendar — long-term agreements, short stays, dates you've blocked for yourself, and everything still free.

Earn from the days they don't.

Turn free dates into a booking link and send it to your own guests — Airbnb visitors, neighbours, whoever you like. They pick dates and pay. Nobody browses, nobody finds you; you choose who gets the link.

Why we built CarParkHost

Let's face it — we're not all great at staying on top of everything, all the time.

Rent gets forgotten. Messages get buried. Agreements get put off. And something as simple as renting out a car space can quickly become another thing to manage.

So we built CarParkHost to take care of the boring stuff.

You find the renter. We keep everything running.

Questions hosts ask.

Is this a marketplace?

No. You've already found your renter. We handle what comes after.

Does my renter need an account?

No. They open your link on their phone and that's it.

When do I start paying?

Only once a renter signs and rent starts being collected.

How much is the bond?

Four weeks' rent, held for the whole agreement and returned if they finish properly.

Do you add fees to my renter's bill?

No. They pay the rent you set.

Who handles the money?

Stripe — they also run the identity and bank checks before your first signing link can go out.

Can I line up the next renter early?

Yes — agreements can be scheduled to start when the current one ends.

Can they pay weekly?

Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks, from the same four-week rate.

What do I need to get started?

An ABN isn't required, but Stripe will need your ID and bank details before you can send your first signing link.

Already found your renter?

Set it up properly.

Add the space, send the link, and let it run.

Free until someone signs.
